To serve cold, cook in boiling water for 40 to 50 seconds, then rinse with ice-cold water.

・Straight #20 (SKU: 43134) - Mostly used for Tonkotsu (pork bone broth) Ramen.
・Curl #22 (SKU: 43136-1) - Little bit thicker than straight noodle. Usually used in Shoyu, Sio (salt), and Miso soup Ramen.
