Refund and Return Policy

THIS POLICY TOGETHER WITH OUR “STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE” CONSTITUTES OUR ENTIRE AGREEMENT REGARDING YOUR PURCHASE.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to food safety issues, MTC Kitchen Home LA will not accept returns on food products. A refund for the amount paid will be issued to you upon approval of your claim.
We accept returns for non-food products and will issue a refund on accepted claims per our warranty. (our warranty is described in our “Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale”). Do not return any products until your claim is approved, accompanied with our return confirmation number. Any unapproved returns, those without a return confirmation number cannot be processed for a refund.
Filing a Claim
Please submit your claim using our Customer Support Center (Please see below).
a. no later than 5 business days after you receive your non-food product or
b. no later than 2 business days after you receive your food product.
To submit your claim, send your order confirmation number (given to you with the order confirmation), pictures of the affected product and a description of the problem. Please keep the product and all packing materials for our inspection. Upon approval of your claim, we will refund you the purchase price and any shipping fees you’ve incurred.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card provider you used for the purchase.
Upon receipt of your claim, we will proceed to have you return the product. You will receive a return confirmation number and free return shipping label(s). Please place the label and return the product in its original or comparable packaging. Keep the return confirmation number for reference.
Please provide your return shipping date and status so that we can track its whereabouts. If your returned item doesn’t arrive, we cannot issue a refund.
MTC Kitchen Home LA will promptly inspect the product, along with your claim files, and reply in a reasonable time on the outcome of your claim.

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the authenticity of the product you received, please contact our Customer Support Center. We may request for a written proof of authenticity from the manufacturer or the authorized distributor.
All products pictures on this site are for reference only. Colors, shades or tone may differ from the actual product due to lighting conditions when the picture was taken.
MTC Kitchen Home LA may change this Policy at any time, without notice to you. The most current Policy is on our website and is deemed applicable to all Orders we confirm following the effective date of this Policy.

We label products with possible allergen-containing ingredients, however, there is always a risk of contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we procure could change the formulation at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. We do not assume any liability for adverse reactions from the food consumed, or products one may come in contact with whilst eating any of our foods.
