How to Cook
1. Heat oil in a frying pan
2. fry the ginnan for a few minutes.
3. When finished, remove ginnan from the pan and sprinkle with salt
You can add chawanmushi soup stock with your favorite ingredients, and steam it for about 20 minutes to make steamed egg custard and ginnan.
