Hario Rice Pot with Glass Lid


Rice cooker with a heatproof glass lid allows you to see your rice as it cooks.
The heatproof glass lid allows you to see your rice as it cooks and the body is Japanese-made Banko ware.
When the rice is cooked, the whistle on the handle of the lid will let you know.
Comes with eight recipes for using seasonal ingredients.

1. Rinse your rice and drain water with strainer.
Put rice into the pot and add water following indication line, or add water 220 ml water per 1 cup of rice.
2. Soak rice in water for 30 minutes or about 1 hour during winter.
3. Cook rice with middle to high heat for about 8- 10 minutes.
Adjust the heat not to spill over the pot bottom.
Stop the heat after boiling and hearing whistle blowing sound or when you see bubbling inside the pot.
4. Allow the rice to settle about 15 minutes and it's ready!"
