Miso soup (1 Serving): About 0.53oz (15g) for every 7oz (200g) of dashi soup base. Stews and stir-fries: Use at own discretion.

Stones are piled up in a conical shape on top of a 6-shaku wooden vat.
This traditional manufacturing method has continued since the Edo period.
Hatcho miso is aged this way for more than 2 years in the wooden vats.
