Menu & Applications
This baking powder can be used to preserve the color in vegetables when boiling and to gently simmer beans.
For baked goods like cupcakes, use baking soda to increase the volume.
Baking powder is not only for food use, but can also be used for creating cleaning powders, pastes, and liquids!

How to Cook
Cooking vegetables: Put 1 teaspoon (3.5 g) of baking soda in 1 L of water and heat it to a boil.
After five minutes, add your vegetables and allow them to cook for about 10 minutes.

Softening Beans: Soak beans overnight in baking soda water with about 2/3 teaspoon (2.5 g) of baking soda to 1 L of water.
Afterwards, lightly wash the beans.

Baking: Use 2/3 teaspoon (2.5 g) of thin flour for 100 g of baking soda.
If you put too much baking soda, for may have a bitter taste, use sparingly.
