The noodle doesn’t get soggy quickly, and the deliciousness witl last until the last bite.
Great for cold noodle and Tsukemen dipping noodle. To serve hot, cook in boiling water for 20 to 30 seconds.
To serve cold, cook in boiling water for 40 to 50 seconds, then rinse with ice-cold water.

We have 2 styles of noodles.
・Straight #20 (SKU: 43134) - Mostly used for Tonkotsu (pork bone broth) Ramen.
・Curl #22 (SKU: 43136-1) - Little bit thicker than straight noodle. Usually used in Shoyu, Sio (salt), and Miso soup Ramen.
