Once cooked, transfer hot rice into a large bowl and add Mizkan Sushi Seasoning. 3. Gently mix the cooked rice with a spatula in a folding motion, slicing the rice. This will help separate the rice grains and ensure the seasoning is evenly incorporated. 4. Let rice mixture cool to room temperature and it’s ready to use for Maki Rolls.
How to Cook To make sushi rice, just use 5 Tbsp of Mizkan Sushi Seasoning for 2 cups of rice. Add and mix Mizkan Sushi Seasoning to the cooked rice while it is hot.
