How to cook 1. Mix well with water chopped cabbage, green onion, eggs and okonomi flour 2. Place on a frying pan and place the protein on top of it. And bake both side. 3. Dizzle okonomi sauce evenly over. Add mayonnaise, Ao-Nori seaweeds and bonito flakes.
