How to cook
*Suggestion of Ingredients (5 Servings)
Beef (or Chicken, Lamb, Shrimp): 1 lbs./ Onions:13 oz./ Carrots:3.5 oz/ Potatoes: 5 oz. (All ingredients are desirably chopped.)/ Cooking Oil: 1 tbsp./ Water: 2 1/4 US cups (540 ml)/ S&B GOLDEN CURRY SAUCE MIX: 1 box
1) Stir-fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approx. 5min.
2) Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, approx. 15 min.
3) Turn the heat off, break S&B GOLDEN CURRY SAUCE MIX into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until sauce mixes are completely melted. Simmer approx. 5 min., stirring constantly.
4) Serve hot over rice or noodles.
