Sanuki Udon is named after the previous name of Kagawa prefecture in Japan, and is known for its thick and chewy texture with rich flavor of quality wheat. This is a dry noodle, so you can prepare it anytime you want. Cook in boiling water for about 5 minutes, then drain the water and rinse with cold water. Can be served hot or cold.
